Ronnie Renner continued his X Games Moto X Step Up Friday night under the bright lights of Texas needing to clear 34 feet to add another chapter to his long legacy of Step Up dominance.

“Im thrilled to be walking away with another win tonight,” Renner said. “The conditions were tough. The wind was gnarly, the dirt was slick and we had such a short take off, so having all those factors working against you makes the win even better.”

During the competition, Renner was asked how the riders were managing the wind.

“I hit the throttle as hard as I can and just try and whip the bejesus out of the bike,” Renner said.

Is that a technical term Ronnie?
